In two words - "Harold" and "effective." Harold is the best technician we have ever had. We lost him to other routes on two very sad occasions, but each time he eventually returned. Sadly, not all technicians are as efficient and thorough as Harold, and it shows. Knowing that there are many options for pest control treatment in the area, it is to your advantage to make sure all of your technicians perform to the "Harold" standard. I would also throw in here that appearance actually matters when someone shows up to your door. Regardless of personality, the first impression is appearance, i.e., outlandish hairstyles, etc. The second word - "effective," - I have not seen a roach in my house in months, and I could not be more impressed nor pleased.
