Always professional, reliable, and Mike is great and really takes good care of our home. He really knows his stuff and remembers everything about my house. It's nice to have a person answer the phone, and the people in the office are very competent, friendly, and I get through my phone calls efficiently (as oppose to auto-answer systems and then being put on hold forever at other places). This branch or franchise of Terminix is by far the best - having lived outside of their area (e.g. FL and MD), I had to use other services. The other services were good, but Terminix in this area is top notch, and I would not use anyone else.
