We have been a customer with Terminix for 9 years now. Their technicians have always been professional, on time and courteous. Our current technician, Shawn, always goes above and beyond to make sure our home is properly serviced. In fact on a recent visit for our Fire Ant service . he was interrupted by a 10 foot gator who was in the process of changing ponds/lagoons. Shawn took the high ground and said he'd finish the rest of the property and return when it was safe to complete the left side of the property which he did a few days later.

As a former business owner I understand the challenges, what I learned is it’s cheaper to keep one than replace one. He is always polite, cool, and acted like he was happy to be there. If he worked for me I would give him a raise
