You guys never miss the scheduled treatments. You ping out email and generally I don't respond in a timely fashion but your office staff follows up. I've had the same service rep (Rodney) since I signed on and it's nice to have that consistency.

Daniel is great but some of the office employees are not as friendly when I call in for various things.

Reps are very courteous. Sadly, I can't remember his name but he was friendly, and worked quickly doing the inside inspection. Just for the record, we had Phoenix for many years, and she was a pleasure to do business with.
