Your on site technician is great but
I will look for service from your competitors because your rate increase over the last 3 yrs is excessive
I propose that during that time your cost of providing service has decreased due to smaller trucks, smaller equipment less time to roll and unroll huge hoses and deal with on truck compressors and huge tanks and all related maintenance of your equipment
Hence your time at each location logically should be shorter and your cost should be less and you can service more people than before in the same amount of time
