Always on time! Always asks what has been going on since last visit, any issues, and discuss what they will do for the current visit. Also ask if you want to have anything more done. If I find a single bug anytime since a visit, I call and they come right out (to be fair that has only happened once. They kill all the bugs ❤️).

The office keeps track of our schedule and needs and reacts well when we mess it up. I figure many can protect us pest-wise..so customer service rates high
