The district office in Ridgeland, SC contacts me via email, voicemail, and then sent a card in the mail when I forgot to schedule Pest Service. When calling the office to schedule the person is courteous, helpful and just plain pleasant. My technician Rodney Hickman is timely, knowledgeable and courteous. During this pest visit we spoke of the "fruit fly" issues we were experiencing and suggested several ideas to assist in controlling, Rodney's overall demeanor, is always so pleasant and helpful.
