When I called to make upcoming appointment, the next time available was on a day when out of town guests would be at my home. Not very welcoming to have the pest control service in the driveway when guests are coming! I asked if any possibliity of an earlier time, and your scheduler quickly said, she would call Heyward (forgive me for spelling) and he had availability that day and arrived as always, on time and eager to help. Great service, responsive folks who are willing to help, people who answer the phone and not the "cool" thing to leave a voice message and never hear back. Please know Heyward is much appreciated! Thank you.
