Any reluctance I have about recommending Terminix to others is related to the turnover of field staff, staff shortage, and my reluctance to request additional service if needed because of that shortage.

We really like our technician, Heyward Smart. He always does an excellent job and is very polite. When we do find bugs they are usually dead or if not he comes back and retreats the area.
