2. The technician always takes time to ask what we have experienced since their last visit.
3. The technician explains what they will be addressing during this visit
4. The technician at the end always explains what they observed and if there was an issue what they did to address the issue.

To the person they are always professional and willing to answer any questions we have.

Great service personnel. Very professional, including the office personnel. I have no problems with insects and I have not had any termite issues. I have been with Terminix for approximately six years.
