Bobby is very friendly, cordial, and professional, he explains everything that he is going to perform at my house. Bobby also asks if there are any problems with insects that I have been experiencing

I am getting concerned. Twice in the last few years including this year my 6 month paid for visit was NOT done! Other than that, all has been good for years prior. Missing what should be an automatic pop up for service on your end is not good!
