The technicians are not only knowledgeable but conduct very thorough inspections. I can call them at any time I believe there may be a problem & the office is quick to respond to my request for a technician to come & make an inspection.
Also, Terminix is a very well known name & company who ALWAYS stand behind their guarantees to make necessary repairs from damage.
