We were disappointed with this recent experience because the technician never came to our house to service our property, yet we received an email that he had come along with an invoice. We had to call to have the techician come out.
The person who is checking my property is always on time and calls before he gets here to let me know he's on the way. He is always friendly and lets me know what he's going to be checking. He always keeps me informed.
Terminix is a good company who I have told people about. I like that ya'll remind me to make an appt. for my quarterly pest control and appts are easily made. The price is reasonable and I really like Billy...he's professional and friendly and takes a few minutes to pet my dog... :)
