We always appreciate Doug Pratt who serves our neighborhood so very well. He is courteous, on time, so friendly and does a great job each visit. Truly one of your best employees. We enjoy seeing him every time.

He examined our home again this week and fortunately all is well. We are very happy and thankful.

Richie Altman stopped by to do a routine crawlspace check and discovered we had a rat
problem. Even though I trust Richie implicitly, he provided physical evidence with droppings and photos. He offered solutions on how to fix it and I agreed.
