Terminix has been in our life for 40+ years. We have at least 5 different services with them. The one thing I like about this company is if I call them, they come, but the best thing are the technicians who come to do the services like pest control, fire ants, under house enclosure are trained, reliable, and kind. When we started with Terminix we were a young couple with 3 girls and now I am a senior citizen and will ALWAYS trust Terminix as my people to protect my home. Trust the name. Last visit was schedule for 9am, the representative/technician showed up 5 minutes before 9am. They give a good after inspection discussion
I have been a client of Terminix for over 40 years. They have been steady and professional. When damage due to termite was found after the flood necessitated removal of drywall, Terminix came and fixed the wall readily.
I would have given a 10 if my regular guy had done my most recent service but since he found another job Terminix sent a replacement. The replacement man did a good job but he brought his dog along while he did the service. That’s not a good idea.
