He explained what the treatment would cover since this was our first time with this company. This treatment was done quite recently and we hope it will prove to be successful.

My call was answered by Susan in the ROC and she is amazing. So helpful and courteous. Answered all my questions and confirmed my information. Can’t find good people like that anymore! I would give her a $20,000 raise to keep her, if I were you.
Always available if there are issues between inspections. Reminders are sent when it’s time for inspections.
Kevin is always on time and he tells me what he’s done He’s pleasant, very well mannered and asks me how I’m doing. Kevin answers my questions and follows through with checking for spiders!

The guy that sprays for us is so nice and considerate of time and efficiency during his visits. They are also very flexible with scheduling. And the amount of insects in the house are basically non-existent now, which days a lot because we are in the country!
