The technician was very professional and gave a lot of feed back. He answered all my questions and did a great job. He was not just only on time he called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled to fit my schedule.

I was informed by the inside guy that I had had termites on one side of my garage. I had never been told that before in the last 26 years. Termites are not there now. He said he would note this finding on my account!!!!

I have been a loyal Terminix customer for over 20 years. In that time, I have received excellent customer service from the office staff, the pest control technicians and the Manager. They are prompt, courteous and professional.

Both technicians were very professional--answered all questions. Explained the job--and also explained what we as homeowners needed to do to solve pest problems.
