Andy Waters is always prompt & does a thorough job. He is also the only person there who truly gets that I do not like spider webs brushed away unless they’re empty.
I’ve given up trying to explain to anyone else at Terminix that many spiders do a lot of good and should not be summarily destroyed.
Andy uses granules that get rid of the real pests, but not spiders. He’s also taught me a thing or two about roaches which, I’m happy say, I rarely see.
I’ve stayed with Terminix mainly because of Andy. Not sure I would if he was moved to another route.
By the way, I seem to have s lot of agreement with others that your website is confusing. I’ve given up on it & instead just call the office to see what I owe. 🙄.
I may not give any more evaluations. I don’t think anyone pays any attention to them.
