We feel so comfortable with Andy keeping us up with what we need. We also feel as if we can call him in between visits should we see any live bugs.

Terminix provides excellent customer service from the ladies in the office to the gentlemen in the field. We have been fortunate to have Joe Graney several times and he is always professional in demeanor and knowledge in all areas of service. You are fortunate to have him representing Terminix.

Service is superb. The sweeping webs and spider from windows prior to spraying. He doesnā€™t rush.. the job is done right. Because I have no live bugs!

I'm happy to refer people to Terminix, which I did last week at a church party in the presence of a number of people, and I bragged about our tech, Joe, and what a great job he does. I will continue to do this as the opportunity arises.
What I'm not pleased with is completing surveys, which I have done numerous times. Please discontinue this request.
