My tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been having a problem with fire ants getting into my home and I’ve received several bites from them. My service tech explained how they were getting in, what he was going to do to prevent them from getting in, and assured me that if it continued to be an issue he could come back out and adjust his work. I haven’t seen a single fire ant since he performed the service and am forever thankful for his knowledge and expertise!
