Dean was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a full inspection of my home. No termites thank God. I signed up for their termite and bug protection. I feel confident I won't see any creepy crawlies inside my home.
The service technician who does the annual inspection is always professional, thorough and courteous. He/she explains what they are doing and what the results are. I am very pleased with this termite plan and feel secure in knowing that if there are any problems they will be resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend Terminix.
