We work with the Martinez/Grovetown Branch and they have been excellent. Our initial contact was with Kiley Atkins, who explained the treatments/process and made sure any pest issues were addressed immediately. We had to address a billing issue with the office staff who promptly corrected the issue and did follow up. The technician who comes to provide our service always notifies us of her presence, is friendly and asks if there are any concerns. Our experience with this entire team was been great and we would highly recommend them.
There is nothing not to like. The product that is applied…works. The price is competitive and the service technician is awesome.

My granddaughter was going to move into this house a couple of years ago. I told her that I was told by my previous tenants that the bug control was great, no problems. One day my granddaughter stayed very late cleaning, painting etc. it had turn dark and she only had her flashlight to get out. She was scanning the living room when she happened to shine the light over the window. She could not believe her eyes, there were so many roaches. There were so many different types. Large, smaller, and tiny..That eas when she text me so I could see them.i I could not believe how meany there were and they were marching in a long line like ants. The window frame in a straight line up and across the the upper part of frame. One fell and almost landed on her.. she screamed and ran out of the house..She told me she had call Terminex. I told her that was fine since the company I was using hadn’t called me in a very long time. I am now living in that same house and we have not found one roach in this house. Also when a Hurricane hit us we were amazed that when the ceiling starting falling in we saw not one bug of any kind. Our home is still under repair but we never saw one bug of any kind.
