I was able to talk with the man doing my place and was able to share I had bees coming out from under my deck. Those bees turned out to be yellow jackets. If I hadn’t been able to talk with him or see him, I never would’ve known what they were and how dangerous they were and my immune system is already compromised. Walter was the technician who corrected everything the previous technician had failed to do. It was obvious that the other guy did NOTHING. I'm grateful we had no damage. It you had asked prior to Walter's work whether we would recommend Terminix it would have been a resounding NO. H-NO. Walter was dilligent, thorough, attentive and CARED about his work. We need more Walters in our world.
