Michelle and Chris were both amazing. Michelle was efficient in getting service set up for me and explaining how the billing process works. Chris arrived within 20 minutes of my request and explained everything about the process as well as when he would be returning. It was a phenomenal experience, and I am so glad I made the decision to call Terminix!
