Victor Wynn(Technician) seemed to care about his duties; unlike, some that I have seen. He performed his duties in a very professional manner. He was also conversational, respectful and very polite in his duties.
When he finished, he gave me a briefing on the results prior to departing. Much different from last year; when, I did not receive a briefing prior to the Tech leaving.
