I have asked repeatedly to be contacted in advance of a technician coming to my home.
On this visit by your technician, I walked into my garage ( door was open) and a Terminix truck is pulling into my BACK driveway.
I have dropped all services with Terminix except the yearly trap check and under house inspection already because of this.
I see the note on my work order- emailed to me after technician’s visit- that states I am to be contacted in advance. Why can’t this happen?
Also while tech was here, I got a call to schedule the inspection?!?
