I have used Terminix for many years and loved my previous technician but she decided to change professions and I now have Casey. I have gotten lucky twice and have the best service from Casey—he is always on time, friendly and does a complete service every time he comes. We will stay with Terminix as long as Casey continues to do our service (we have not been as lucky with other technicians when Casey was not available- he is a great asset to your company!).
