Very kind and thorough, they make sure that anything you need, It's at a drop of a dime. They come out anytime. You call and they are available anytime you need them. This company is fantastic for me. I have use them for over 5 years and not planning on changing
Excellent Customer Service and very professional!
I've been with Terminix for approximately 17 years and have only had 1 or 2 times that I had to report insects around my home. They are very efficient and on time for bait services, ant, service, and mosquito service. The office workers are very efficient and courteous.
I love love the office staff, especially Ms. Henerita. They are very nice, patient, courteous, helpful, respectful.
My one concern with this company is this:
Everytime I get used to these very nice, respectful, knowledgeable Technicians, they leave the company and i have to start over with a new Technician.
These were some of the best Technicians I ever had. A beautiful young lady, I totally forgot her name.
An elderly gentleman by the name of James ( not quite sure of his name).
And Johnathan, I miss them so much
