The service is great, and the staff is awesome. Casey, one of the technicians and inspector makes sure that he checks and services the entire area. He always asks about past activity to see where extra attention is needed.

Fast service
Love that I get reminder emails to schedule service, but when I forgot to I still get a phone call to schedule. I am always super busy so Terminx reaching out helps me stay on track with service.
