I like having the same person come out to provide services, so you won't have to remember a lot of names. Being able to negotiate a payment plan. The service really works! If for some reason I do see bug or spiders, someone will come out to spray again for free! I like the person that comes out. They're very knowledgeable able about the insects and what they do.
