We are living in a time, when not a lot of people are compassionate; however, Victor is one of the most compassionate people I have ever encountered.
He knows I have a condition that causes my oxygen to drop when I am around perfume and/or chemicals. For this reason, he works around my schedule so I can leave immediately when he completes the service.
I don't know what awards your company gives to employees, but Victor deserves a dozen!

The Technician called and said he was running ahead of schedule and wanted to come earlier than my appointment which was great. He did a great inspection of the inside of our house and conducted all the inspection and removal of spider webbs place down a border for insects. Very professional and courteous and timely. Great Job..

Victor and the care and compassion he shows for my home, he educates us on anything pertaining to pest, and makes sure that we understand before he leaves. Also, the front office/customer care ladies are absolutely amazing they are very helpful and kind anytime I call with a concern. I will continue to work with Terminix now and in the future.

I used to like getting to know the person who comes and does the spraying but he is assigned somewhere else now. ( Mr Charles)They talk and inform me about my house . They are friendly and listen to me when I tell them not to spray to close to my hurbs or garden
