Good in home inspection. Casey eve noticed a back room toilet had a leak which was damaging the floor, and he suggested cutting off the valve below the tank that was causing the leak. We decided to turn off the value. I looked today and there was no water on the floor beside that toilet. Casey saved me a lot of trouble.
