To Whom it May Concern, We have a Contract of Sale on our home and a dispute with third party CL100 issued to Buyers. Terminix has a bond on our house! They immediately inspected the house and deemed it free from any active termites and followed up their inspection with a letter from the Branch Manager to support their position. Even offering to transfer the bond to Buyers should they show interested in same. Thanks to Terminix's efforts it saved me $1,000. for not having to provide an unneeded termite treatment of the house.

I use termite, pest and mosquito services. All have been very effective, with no problems. I feel my home is very well protected. Also, the technician, Leo, who performs all my services, is the greatest. He is a professional, knowledgeable and efficient in performing each service. Leo also got rid of carpenter bees that were boring holes in my deck. No more problems since he sprayed for them a few years ago.
The techs let me know when they’re coming, then get here and get the job done. Easy.
