Your service tech, Hunter, is a very professional and knowledgeable person. He explained in detail what he was doing, the variety of pests he was treating for and how the chemicals interacted with the pests and affected the surrounding area. He is always respectful and courteous when he speaks. I was preparing for the coming cold weather and he informed me that he saw one of the air vents surrounding my home had been installed upside down and wouldn’t close to keep the cold air out. I thanked him, mentioned I wished to replace them and he immediately prepared an estimate, made sure they were on hand and had them installed in a short amount of time. He is an asset to your organization in Sumter, S.C. and deserves recognition.
