My insect issues are taken care of and the service. The young man that came to my house this past week was very nice checking all around my house - inside and out and treating for pests.
I like having house checked for termite every year and when they see something wrong around outside of house or under the house, they let me know so I can have it fixed.
Last year, Terminix installed new air vents around my house and did a great job. The quality of materials installed and installation was wonderful.

My tech is Gregory Gregory. He’s professional, thorough & experienced considerate. I’ve been using Terminix since 2020 / 2021 until now. I had a few hiccups, worked with the office folks in Sumter, SC & within weeks it was rectified. I can’t speak for other other areas, but my parents have used Terminix since the 90’s. My mom now lives on the outskirts of Columbia & has a man that comes to service her home. These folks are amazing. And I’ll say… Terminix weeds out the “bad apples” to ensure an on-time, professional crew.
