Communication! I received an email confirming my appointment right after I made it. Kay promised a phone call to confirm the tech was on his way, and not only did they call and send a text, but also a picture of the tech, Kieren who arrived on time. Kieren looked my situation over and told me exactly what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and then proceeded to get to work. The work was completed in minimum time and as promised. After that I got a follow-up text asking how the repair went. Excellent communication, great work by Kieren and Jerod. Thanks!

I like very much everything that is being done. When I had my house at Laurel Meadows, I received all sorts of assistance and up to date care for inside and outside my house.
Now, that I am in a townhouse, I am not responsible for the outside as much, but the inside is where my responsibility lies.
Btw, I got a letter about the termite situation in SC, but I need to see what the owner and management are doing.
That falls in line with their responsibility.
In case you are doing business already with them, my management company is Turner Properties (now called Pure).
