I like that this company actually calls you to schedule appointments. They are local. I changed my termite bond and pest control to Terminix. Both technicians that have come to my house have been very polite and knowledgeable. The regular service will be the same technician unless he is on vacation, so you will always know the person that is coming.

I called Terminex because of pest problems in our home that were not being solved by our previous company. After the first visit, we did not have any more pest problems. The technician was clear on what he was going to do to treat and what to look for after. I was highly satisfied with the service and communication I received. I highly recommend.

Your services are always performed in a timely manner by knowledgeable service personnel! Your service people are there for scheduled appointments with all the equipment and time to complete services! They make you aware of their presence before and after services with an explanation of what was needed and what could be coming up that needs attention!! This is a good company that has my property as the focus of their attention!!

Darrell as well as all the other representatives have been reliable over these years. The insect and other pests are well controlled, seldom any present. We live in the woods with lake nearby, so non-treatment brought issues. Having annual termite treatment another plus to protect home. You may publically share my initials WFH if you like.
