I like that you take care of my house and protect it from termites. I am not thrilled though with the service this time. My inspection I was told has to take place in August. I am a school teacher and therefore we are back in school at that time. I had my neighbor open my house for the inspection to occur. It was set for 3:15pm and I notified Terminix that my neighbor would be the one present and not me. The inspector shows up at 1:15pm with no call or anything to see if I am at the house or if the neighbor is at the house. Thank goodness she was still at home as she knew it was 3:15pm and not 1:15pm. I am all about getting things done, but a call would have been nice especially TWO HOURS early.
