You have provided a very pleasant, reliable way of keeping our sprawling, lakeside — in other words, complicated — house free of pests. This is a huge deal to us. We are very grateful for Mr Noah and his superb service…he always takes time to listen in a very friendly manner, catching every note of concern we have about a possibly problematic space for pests, he does efficient, tidy work, and the results prove how effective his work is. Being realistic about living in the South, we may (or may not!) see literally a couple of roaches/palmetto bugs either dead already or barely creeping around during the period between treatments, nearly always near a doorway, and that is totally acceptable and even admirable…compared to the horrible, resistant infestation we had prior to Terminix. Thank you, Terminix and Mr Noah, for your excellent work!
