You have activities for everone
I like the instructors and the variety of programs and equipment that are offered. Just wish you had a Pilates or yoga class offered at 5:45 or 6:00am.
The support for seniors is really great.
I like that serious lap swimmers can actually swim, and that the water is not extremely warm.
I think you have very good yoga and pilates instructors and appreciate the choices throughout the week!
Everything is clean,teachers good and people in the front desk really helpful and nice the same when you call by phone
location (bus), great swim area, helpful staff ( i am disabled) very attentive lifeguards. My daughter loves the activities. We are new so I don't have very much exposure to the other programs.

All the activities are wonderful. I like to spend time at Y first thing in the morning. I get rejuvinated.
