Just joined the LSLW strength n fitness program sponsored by Stanford. My membership is on hold until session is completed. Coaches very friendly n helpful.

I enjoy all the classes that YMCA has, and one of my favorite class is body pump.
The group exercises are great. Very much enjoy the variety of classes, great instructors and fellow Y members; which keeps things interesting and fun.

I haven't done much yet. But I really enjoy the gym and the kids area. My son always is so happy and asks me if we can go to the gym. That's saying a lot about the care he gets in the center while I get a good workout.
