Focus is on families. It is not a “body beautiful” type gym.
Friendly staff
Environment (in and out) well-kept
Open to meet needs of those on tight schedules
Equal access for all, regardless of income, ethnicity, religious beliefs
Easy access — traffic, parking

I love body flow. The teachers are fantastic. It is fun and challenging. Everybody in the facility is nice and professional, including the people at the front desk. You must have excellent management.

the South Family & has a wife variety of group ex classes and the instructors are very good

Clean pool, decent classes (some instructors better than others). Love love the new turf area with trx setup.
