It was open when Central Ymca was closed due to power issues.
The machines are in good repair. The staff is cordial and helpful. The facilities are clean, and cool and light and bright. It's easy. There are lots of options. I don't have much to say about the programs and activities, I don't care for classes that are often too loud and have someone yelling garbled instructions over microphones. I like exercise to be mostly private and quiet and focused and peaceful. The Y for me is an oasis. A place to energize and reset.
I'm a Homeschooling mom and they have a fun PE program for homeschoolers and free swim time so we can enjoy as a family. I work out while my children are in a class so it works out for all of us. It is cozy community and people are nice and friendly. They took time to answer your questions in detail.
