I'm a swimmer and a Y member mainly for the pool. I show up when the Y opens and am greeted with a smile. Despite the early hour the lifeguards are awake and welcoming.

I do aquacise on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and I love how welcomed I feel when I get there. The desk staff greets me by name, the members in the pool seem happy to see me and Revithi knows me by name too. I don't feel like I am just exercising, I feel like I'm meeting up with my friends.
I Love how friendly the staff and people are. There is a good variety of programs. I also like that there is a virtual program if you don't feel like going to the Y.

I like the work out facility and especially the Egym equipment. I like that we have body flow or body balance during the day now too. I like the friendly front desk staff too.
Kim Miller is our personal trainer and we LOVE her. She is amazing!

There are many classes available for seniors. It's important to stay active.

Primarily for me is the location - 10 minutes from my home. I mostly participate in group water classes. I like them because I love being in the water. But would like to have more versitile instructors. I occasionally drop in to the Senior Fitness class which I like a lot. I like that the facility is maintained well.
