You have a wide variety of classes for all ages and fitness. Plus Sequoia MUST be the friendliest Y in the Bay Area!

My instruction regarding the use of the equipment was excellent and showed an understanding of my physical (shoulders) situation.
I'm sorry to have to drop out, but need to avoid all unecessary contact during the current Coronavirus situation.

I love Enhanced Fitness. I enjoy the camaraderie and I enjoy trying to stay in shape. I also like the pool.

Great facility! I have a wonderful personal trainer, Inez Rosa who has been life changing for me. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

I like the fact that the gym is low-key and not full of gym bunnies. I feel very comfortable asking staff for assistance when necessary.
