Flexible schedules, and great customer service
Availability and instructors
family friendly, lots fo variety to choose from, for different fitness levels and interests
We like the indoor swimming pool
We like the indoor pool. We have not participated in anything other than open swim or swim lessons at that location.
The group excises in pool. Instructors are good. Facility is bigger with more space, more shower stalls, lockers, parking etc. and designed better than other sites.
The location -- right around the corner from my house! The gym and the staff there - especially Leo.
group exercise program. great instructors, clean and well lit and air conditioned rooms. full schedule of classes available every day. plenty of mats and weights. great sound system.
Individual treatment
I'm an instructor. We have great classes. A great boss in Orna. Great support. Great facilities. And the best part - the friendly people
It’s clean and nicely maintained.
Well they're good, I appreciate the way the fitness trainers are so hepful and knowledgeable with each member, also very nice atmosphere and clean facility.
Very engaging.
Love the gym
Enjoy pool and classes. Especially body pump. Monday mid morning is too crowded. Can we have early Monday morning body pump at six thirty?? We go to wed and fri early at six thirty. We enjoy coffee at the y!! I like that the desk people are friendly
Enchance fitness is the best. Thank you for adding an additional class on Tuesday. It would be nice to add one too on Thursday.
Early morning classes Monday Gentle Yoga great instructor Annette. Love the exercise room and all the wonderful staff. Love looking at the trees while riding the bike.
The Y is clean and friendly!
Love the group ex programs, especially the weekend Body Attack classes
Great instructors. Lots of classes. Ping pong tables.
Plenty of options for all age groups.
Would like to see more options for cable cross over machines in the gym though. The current machine in the weight room is pretty limited in configurations (given that it's kind of linear) and the fact that there is only one means you usually have to wait or conversely can't spend much time on it.
These two are great options. The adjustable arms on each allow for a much wider range of exercises.
Note: As a point of reference, the YMCA in the Presidio SF has both of these pieces of equipment.

The warm water pool
You seem to have something for everyone of all ages. Thank you.
I need to learn more about them. It's not yet clear to me what the programs are.
variety of open swim hours, climbing wall!!! i appreciate kidzone, and ways the Y builds and supports community; i really appreciate access to all the Y's in the área because each offers something different
Variety and quality of staff.
Tons of variety. I'd love some more challenging Aqua aerobics and deep water classes.
