Everyone is so helpful to me, (temporarily handicapped and using a wheelchair.) John (pool associate) is extremely helpful, but so is everyone else.

Lap swimming. Masters swim. Sat swim boot camp (but need instructor and a full hour, as we had many years ago - it was much better and got more people excited about the class).
We like the friendly atmosphere in the gym. Our son has had fun doing some of the teen summer camps this year. Please continue to offer the teen adventure camps next summer!

great variety of classes- from mind/body pilates and body rolling to strength training with TRX and weights to cardio classes inc cycling, zumba and les mills cardio aerobics. So many great classes and instructors! Also love the swim program for kids. The Y has something for everyone in the family.

The Y is within walking distance of my home so I can exercise whenever I want.
I love the indoor pool. I have always enjoyed swimming and being able to swim without getting sun exposure, without having to deal with bad weather outside while swimming, all wonderful for me.
I have also met SO many wonderful people at the Y, the trainers in the weight room, Leo and Juana, and other Y members who I now consider my friends. I have been so fortunate to meet lots of kind, warm, generous people there. It is part of my community!
And the front desk staff are all kind, welcoming, helpful and just make it so inviting to show up and exercise!

Love Marina’s Mon & Thurs 10:15am aqua class. Her class keeps me coming.
Liked being able to get talk with Y friends, but 3 seat couches were removed and this completely up the dynamics. Smaller couches limit space and folks just leave. Very unfriendly move to limit couch space. Hope it wasn’t intentional.
Since moving Diago away from making himself a loud, front and center presence in the front desk area, it’s been much more pleasant in the lobby.
Flexible schedule and clean facilities
I love the indoor instructional, warm water pool for my water aerobics classes and for swimming!
Facilities are very clean, staff are friendly and helpful and activities and programs very organized.
