The large selection of classes available and the friendly staff.
Great qigong class. Nice facility. Easy parking.
I’m a basic user if the gym facilities. Their great for what I’m doing, and I’ve been able to find times that fit my schedule and mesh with the parking and traffic.
The group excercise activities are great.... it gives you great motivation and encouragement for being fit...

Please be aware that Parking often becomes a problem during noon during weekends. You need to plan your activities and timing around parking capacity.
They encourage me to keep active.
The YMCA offers programs and activities that help us to become our best. Additionally, the Y offers social part of life. For the elderly, the social activity can prevent depression
I like your classes, the instructors are great, I love how clean the facilities are, the complimentary use of towels and the renovation to the locker rooms. I also appreciate the parents night out.
I find the staff friendly. There are a variety of classes and good programs for kids (although I haven't been able to take advantage of these).
I love all you have to offer, bathrooms, I know it must be hard to keep up bathrooms but, maybe a little more care. Otherwise I'm perfectly happy.
I liked the group workout programs and enjoyed many choices.
Friendly neighborhood feel,
Many class offerings, plenty of machines, cleanliness, events - simply awesome!
Keep it
Very informative and useful
Availability and variety. Child care services are what makes things all possible
Aqua aerobics is my favorite.
Breadth of classes, love kids swimming class, instructors are nice
I like Monday and Wednesday's yoga classes and would love to see more of them. The Friday class is not really a yoga beginning class and I do not attend. I would also like to see the Power Pump class on Saturday the way it used to be I really enjoyed it and was not happy when it was moved during the week. I think that it also would be helpful to have a class on eating right but I would like to see more about eating less meat and more vegetables. The pool has too much chlorine and I have asthma this makes it hard for me to breath so I don't use the pool. I would like to inform you that our drinking water contains Chlorine and Ammonia already so maybe lowering the amount the Y puts in would be helpful I would love to use the pool for the classes. I enjoy the machines but do not type in my level or anything it is to much trouble and no one really pays much attention to that anyway. I would like to see more hands-on instructions from the staff that does not require a private instructor they are too expensive especially for seniors. I would like to see a better price for senior I think it is too high we are all on a budget. I think that the City of Cupertino should do more for the Y and seniors maybe it is time we all went to them about this.

I’m currently going through the Living Well program for cancer patients and love the program. Trisha and Matt are wonderful and helping me a great deal with getting me back into shape. The entire gym is clean, well staffed and has great equipment and classes.

The variety of classes
My children love that.
no opinion -- I don't use any of them.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Wellness coaches know and greetmany members by name and chat up members during workouts. Sweet comaraderie in the women’s locker room. The ladies are all friends with each other and encourage each other to keep coming in!

Family environment. Nice facilities.
