In general , I like the environment there ! Both myself and my wife (we always come there together ) feel very homely while we are there. My wife likes the aqua exercise classes and also the Gold Zumba class for seniors .

I like the variety of programs. I wish there were more classes that started about 4pm.

I wish there was more space for the circuit machines. They are each too close to each other and to the cardio machines.

I like the community vibe in the building. All ages, all kinds of people trying to stay fit and healthy.

Lots of scheduled programs and all have knowledgeable leaders

I like the treadmill, the weight machines ( adducteur, adducteurs, ) etc. And the machines in the small room.
I like the friendly atmosphere of the gym
