The service here is surprisingly helpful and kind. It’s shocking. I’m grateful. I have used the pool and the life guard team is awesome- my daughter feels safe. The women’s locker room is clean. I took yoga on sunday and it was happy and fun. The main gym was good- so far I haven’t seen a broken machine. I’m glad I came here!

I had been in YMCA for over 15years. I always introduce YMCA to my friends and feel friendly. but this year I feel not good. Several months ago, there is a America chubby girl embarrassed them to ask them show the ID and told them only 4 times to try and refused them to come in. I suddenly feel YMCA is not so friendly and not welcome family. My husband said that he will never come to YMCA with me anymore. I feel sad and not bring any friend to NorthYMCA anymore.
I hope sometime we bring our family to the NorthYMCA not too strict for them only 4 times a year. Because my husband needs to work everyday and come back home is already 8:00pm,he had to eat and rest. He had no time to come to YMCA. I only force him to come to YMCA with me on some weekend for one class. I hope to keep him to like YMCA. In addition, my son had already went to college and he only come back on sometime. I only bring him few time a year. I really hope in the vacation, they can stay in YMCA with me to keep health.
Hope the rules can be changed to welcome my family.

the programs, the classes fit my fitness. egym is very good.
Group exercises, space and various rooms for various types of exercises.
The great variety of group classes ("for the record," body pump and dance aerobics are my favorites).
I like the variety of group exercises. I do Feldenkrais, Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes and at times the yoga [Saturday] and the meditation on Saturday.
Plan to start using the pool next year.
Theres a variety for each age group in our family. The environment is always welcoming and friendly.
