Even though Northwest YMCA is small in size, there are enough group exercises (which is of my personal interest) to select from and lead by excellent instructors.

We like the counselors at Lincoln after school, we like the swim program & a variety of free fitness classes.

I can usually get on equipment whether the treadmill or weights readily. Have not yet tried the classes.

Perfectly located, the weights area is very pleasant.

I enjoy the variety of exercises offered in the Group sessions. I take Feldenkrais, Tai Chi and Chi Qong lessons, plus Stretch and Balance and Somatics classes.
