The staff are always friendly and helpful. I like the range of fitness classes that are offered. Also the eGYM machines and pool facilities.
pool water is warm for kids. Pool needs to be more cleaner I think it s very crowded

I primarily spend time usingthe weight lifting equipment. Area is clean and well kept. When machines go down, they are usually back up and running quickly in a day or two.

Everyone welcome, not too crowded.
Well, to be honest I haven't gotten into any programs or activities. I'm presently working with a Physical therapist a few times a week. That should come to an end in a couple of weeks.
I like the ease of the E-gym, the Kid's Club and that there are classes for very young children (Gym Venture).
Everything is great. Coach is very patient with students.
Enjoying the Aqua Fit and AquaZumba classes.
Scheduling and duration of classes. However, classes do get filled up too quickly. For non-members, this makes it very difficult to start scheduling classes.

Your classes, both the format and the instructors, are simply excellent. They are rigorous and engaging. The instructors in particular are so committed and upbeat, positive, and encouraging. It's been great to build relationships and a steady rhythm, and love for fitness, through their classes.

I gave a "9" because I have recommended the Y to many people but (as I have raised to the Y many times), many people (and former Y members) cannot justify the monthly fee with only attending a couple classes during times which work for or interest them.
I enjoy the line dance, Zumba, U-Jam, CORE, RPM, Bollywood Dance, Thera Yoga, and Tai Chi group exercise classes as well as the eGym machines every week. I also recently discovered the InBody Scan which will help me track my physical progress.
I have been trying to request the Glitz Dance class for Northwest over the past year. I did contact Sarah recently about this because these classes at Southwest are overcrowded and now require registration. Perhaps this is a coincidence, but I was happy to see that Glitz Dance was offered as a substitute class for U-Jam this morning! If Sarah was instrumental in making this happen, I would like to thank her for listening and taking action!
If Sarah was not involved, I would still like to thank her for her quick response (18 minutes!) to my email request for Glitz Dance. I also understand that she also recently helped a former YMCA member get a YMCA donation processed in person on behalf of another member who recently passed away. I heard that Sarah immediately addressed the contribution after weeks of no response to emails sent to the general email address. Many thanks to Sarah!
Also, I'd like to thank the front desk people for their daily cheeriness in greeting members! I know it is difficult to constantly smile (when pleasantries are not always returned) but I do appreciate the effort from the staff (Paul and Justin surprisingly started calling me by name!).
We have not started but Aaron who gave us a tour yesterday dis a fabulous job taking us around and explaining everything.
The pool is awesome. Special "shout out" to the lifeguards, especially Hannah, for being so professional and friendly!
