Pool. Great Aqua classes: Zumba, Fitness, Arthritis and a Yoga class. The instructors are active and Communicate!!! I love that everyone works at their own level.

The Team at the Y is awesome! I live closer to two other Ys but I go to the Northwest branch because of their Team and the cleanliness of the facility.

Large selection of programs throughout the day. Large variety of machines for aerobic and strength training.
The staff are always welcoming and friendly. They make us feel comfortable and supported.
Especially when the staff member Justin greets us by our names, it really surprises and impresses us.

Love your classes. Particularly the line dancing. I'd love to see more line dancing classes or any other types of dance classes.
My favorite teacher is Noriko in Senior Fitness. Her happy enthusiasm and energy is sooo much of what we can use more of today.
I love the Y community in general.

There’s something for everyone. Plus very friendly and helpful people on staff. They make a point of knowing your name and that makes you feel welcome.

Hector's class. We need more high intensity classes ike him.
Need to improve the quality of towels we provide. Should use the same vendor the El Camino YMCA i uses. Little big and clean one's. They keep discarding towel which are thinning I have seen do that on the front desk.
The schedule is packed with relevant classes for members and happy instructors because mgmt is the best ever in 26 years. The small group training paid sessions offer more variety. The bond between members are much better and encourages community inclusion.
I love all the classes. I wish there are more timings for yoga.
